It is written specifically for all those caring for pregnant and childbearing women using aromatherapy, whether working in conventional maternity care or complementary medicine.

Denise Tiran (RGN RM ADM MTD PGCEA) is Principal Lecturer in Complementary Therapies and Midwifery and Programme Leader for the BSe (Hons) at the School of Health, University of Greenwich, London as well as on the Editorial Committee of the journal Complementary Therapies in Nursing and Midwifery.
