Country: Indigenous to Europe, western Asia and northern Africa

Actions: Antispasmodic, carminative, galactagogic, stimulant, stomachic, warming

Uses: Excellent for all digestive problems such as flatulence, dyspepsia, colic and colitis, promotes secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers, provide relief from menstrual pains

Blends well with: Ginger, Peppermint, Chamomile, Lavender, Frankincense

Contra-indications: Avoid for pregnant women, babies and young children; use with low intensity

Extraction Method: Cold Pressed

Country: India

Chemical Constituents: Punicic Acid 

Actions: Anti-inflammatory and anticarcinogenic (rich in CLA) 

Uses: Effective at skin regeneration, moistures dry & crack skin, reduces swelling, eases muscular aches and pains

Blends well with: It is a very rich oil, blends best with thinner carrier oils to use on skin
