White Sage is a powerful herb. For thousands of years and used by cultures all over the world, Salvia - which comes from the Latin word salveo meaning "to heal" - is known for its healing and invigorating properties. 

It can be a potent medicinal remedy for a great number of common ailments including lung, throat and sinus infections, digestive problems or for easing heavy and painful menstruations. 

But the most important value of White Sage lies in its ability to purify and cleanse people, places, animals and material objects from negative energies or spirits.
